Currently wreaking havoc on my insides.
Expensive Jello. Instructions call for electric beaters but did whip up nicely just with a whisk. I ordered it because I love key lime.

I made key lime mousse the first time I used it. You get four ten ounce bowls with 1 packet and there are two packets per box so it’s a good value. Tastes great and no artificial sugar aftertaste. I’m sure it will make a great pie filling once I get around to it.
