Kate: Convenient for carrying in my gym bag and storing at home. Good firmness that really gets a good deep roll. The thickness makes it awkward to hit adductors as I can’t get low enough to get a good weight without the rest of leg resting on the ground. MC: Is soft and decent for tender areas and if you're a woman, but for hamstrings, glutes and men, it's too soft. Size is perfect for use, storage, and portability. Buy a harder roller for hams

FrumpyLoaf: How did I function before this? I love this so much and I use it for my neck, back and legs. Especially after sitting down at the computer to do work, I HAVE to use it or else I am in too much pain. I even have an inversion table to help my back (which also helps) but this little tube targets places the inversion table cannot. It's small size makes it easy to travel with and I love it so much because I feel immediate relief after using it. It's pretty durable so I probably won't buy another one unless I lose it or want to gift it to family and friends.
