rtmalone10: Brought it on my last 2 trips. Awesome. It's pretty little. Can fit in a carry-on, but have checked my larger suitcases on my last 2 trips. Really great to have this be a part of my road routine. Great for after flights and in the morning after travel. What a great little item.

Melissa ZunoMelissa Zuno: I have nearly flat feet and I'm overweight so I frequently find myself with tight, painful calves from walking or just standing for long periods of time. I had one of these for a while before I lost it and looked on Amazon for a similar replacement and this was perfect. Since it's small and more dense, it really gets in there. Just make sure that if you're using it for calves, you're not wearing shoes cuz they get in the way. 11/10 would buy again!

Nicole & HP Bauer: We took this travel sized foam roller on several trips already and it definitely helped us relax our muscles after long hikes and lots of walking. Due to the light weight and the small size it fit perfectly in a suitcase. I highly recommend this smaller version for travel purposes.

imlizlemon: I think this product is great! I can’t understand why it’s so hard to find a narrower circumference roller but it is. I need the narrower ones bc it just works better for me. More targeted.
I bought the higher/firmer one (black) based on the reviews that said the other one was too soft. My mistake. The firm is WAY too firm for me. My body type likes a medium firmness. It just works better for me (5’7”, 140lbs). But if you are very muscular and/or weigh more than I do, I could see why you’d need a firmer roller. For me, it hurt too much and wasn’t as effective. Not the product’s fault. I’ll be trying the medium instead. I just took one star away because I feel like it’s a few dollars more than it should cost but otherwise a great item if you know what you’re getting into.
