Salem: These CLA pills are massive, but that's not really a complaint. When I first began using them, there were...effects (think extended bathroom visits), but after my body got used to them, I did see a loss of appetite, which helped reduce the amount of food I consumed daily. Pair it with protein-rich foods if your aim is weight reduction and exercise for maximum efficiency. I'd say a minimum of three months will elapse before actual, concrete results unmarred by the placebo effect are seen.

On another, minor note, the jar is advertised as blue on the produce page, but the one I received was green.
