Amazon Customer: I have 2 of these. I keep one next to my bed and stretch my calves just before going to bed and 1st thing when I get up in the morning. The other I keep in my kitchen and use it randomly during the day.
Each was purchased at a different time and I noticed that one had a steeper higher curve than the other and was too uncomfortable to use. So I took a knife and shaved off about 3/8 inches along one side so the now feel the same.
I find them very helpful!!

Andrew O'Connor: Having been to physical therapy and they recommended I get one of these, this one has been very helpful. I thought it might not be the right size but it is the same my therapist had. I didn't clock dimensions in therapy but upon shipment arrival and use, it is the same. Plus its quite solid. And no need for any covering as I saw other models had textures etc when all I need is this one's functionality.

Canadian gal: These are styrofoam half rollers, but not covered with any fabric. There's no flexability, but because they're hard, they do stay in place. Because they're unfinished, they can be glued or covered to place inside a chair place where you need that extra support.

Toronto, Canada: There’s nothing wrong with this item, but its ridiculously overpriced for what it is. Just a quarter round piece of foam. No weight to it, Nothing special.
