Fl girlFl girl: Not sure why there were low reviews. The price was fantastic. The lamp is very sturdy. Very easy to put together. The only thing I didn’t care for was the shade but I wasn’t going to use it anyhow because I got one to match my other table lamps in the room. I will probably get a little brighter bulb, but other than that this was an excellent buy. It’s sturdy and doesn’t lean or rock. Very classy looking.

A. Tow: Very nice & sturdy base and stand. Easy to assemble. Weird $39.99 invoice attached to the box that doesn't match the higher price of the lamp. One major complain is the cheap looking lamp shade. Lucky I could still use my old shade as a replacement. One lesser complaint is the styrofoam packaging, the white particles are everywhere after assembling the lamp.

Myview: No free gifts were received- so here is just the plain truth- I totally love these Gabriella lamps. No thrills and frills- just a great long-lasting bright bulb, in a sturdy, non-rusting frame. I bought the first three Gabriella lamps about two years ago. Loved the ease of setting them up- put one in my study, two in my children's rooms. The lamps have been glowing since then- not a single one changed. So I bought two more Bright tech lamps for my living room and dining rooms (kind of fancy ones which took up too much space). Now I just ordered the 4th Gabriella which makes my 6th Brightech lamp. They are just solid and trustworthy. No regrets. I just need a discount for being a loyal customer - they offer 10 percent off for the next purchase, but I just never remember to apply it when I'm ready to buy. sigh!

Jackie: I really liked this product; it is solid and sturdy, easy to construct and pleasing to the eye. I was skeptical of the way the shade was packaged (rolled) but it looks great, no wrinkles or anything. It asked me to rate remote but mine didn't come with one. Not sure it was supposed to but if it did, I didn't get one. The bulb that came with it wasn't bright enough for my taste; I am lighting a large room so I needed more lumens.
