BLACK+DECKER 400W Fruit & Vegetable Juicer - Make Healthy, Delicious Juice in Minutes!

Desert Mermaid: Brand-new juicer here! I love fruits and vegetables and they are crucial for health, but because of my IBS I can't consume as much as I would like. After some research I decided to try juicing as a way to get the nutrients I need in an easier-to-digest way. This juicer got great reviews and was reasonably priced so I decided to give it a try and am so happy I did!

Pros:
1. Simple to assemble: you just put the pieces together and everything locks together with a couple of latches. Easy peasy lemon-squeezy!
2. Extracts a lot of juice: this little machine does its job...I can't believe how much juice these veggies actually contain (especially carrots, cucumbers, and romaine lettuce)! And the leftover pulp is nice and fine so it can be incorporated into protein-heavy recipes like meatloaf or meatballs to add a dose of fiber and nutrients without altering the taste or texture of the dish.
3. Comes with a juice container that has the perfect size pour spout that doesn't spill the juice everywhere (I make big batches of juice to freeze, so this makes it way easier to pour it into the ice trays).

Witty: The media could not be loaded.  Worst Juicer Ever Bought! Stopped working in 1st year! Avoid this juicer! The juicer has a ton of issues!
1. Vibrates and changes its position as shown in the video
2. The mouth is too small to take even thin carrots so be prepared to cut and slice all your fruits
3. Smart guard extended warranty SOLD along with this product by Amazon is USELESS and takes forever to process their claims.

quan: this juicer is a great beginner juicer. i use this to make celery juice. very difficult to clean and super loud when using. even louder than a lawnmower and for that i give 4 stars. cleaning is messy but i force my daughters to do it. don't know if it's dishwasher safe because i have never used a dishwasher in my life. scrubs and soap for life.

AMazonReviewer: The juicer is perfect for a tiny kitchen and juices really well. The chute is narrow, so you have to cut the vegetables and fruits accordingly. The cleaning, like any other juicer, is the least easy part of it, but not that difficult. I just soak it in hot water to loosen up the bits in the strainer, while I clean the rest which is super easy. The strainer, if I use a large bowl with running water and brush, is the easiest to clean up. The brush dislodges the bits, the running water washes them off, and the bowl collects it so I can strain it before pouring it out. Otherwise the sink will get clogged. Total time - 20 minutes. Every single juicer will require that last bit of extra work to clean. So this is great value.

Monica Main: I just turned 40 and realized that I better get it together when it comes to my health since both of my parents had cancer. I bought one of these units when staying out in Michigan with my husband. I couldn't bear looking at another pasty white overweight person over there before I decided that I will NOT become one of them -- obese, unhealthy, unfocused...pitiful in general. (I live in Southern California where it's mostly a health conscious place.) Anyway, I fell in LOVE with this juicer from the very minute I started using it that I immediately bought another one for my house in California, making sure it was shipped and waiting for me for when I finally got back home.

Now, a little background...I have owned at least 3 juicers. My most expensive juicer was around $600. The cheapest was around $200. Each model was heavy, clunky, hard to use, and reminded me of a commercial juicer that you'd use in a juice shop rather than something you can easily use, clean, and move on your personal kitchen counter. Yet there were no other models available...

Until this one!
