Hamilton Beach Professional Juicer: Extract Maximum Juice from Fruits & Vegetables

CB: I love the handles that are easy to unlock and lock. I tried another juicer and it was so difficult to unlock to even use the juicer.

It’s sturdy and easy to take apart and clean.
I put a one gallon baggie in the container to make clean up even easier.

ryan seeley: This juicer was my first purchase before buying masticating type. This juicer works very good on anything without seeds. Has a higher yield in my opinion than the other type. Only thing I didn’t like was the vent for the waste shot out pieces of material while jn use. I have to hold my hand over it to keep from getting everywhere. I still like this juicer though. It’s safe to use, handles bigger pieces quite well. I don’t see any difference between the two I have. They say it will cause limier frothy juice, but that hasn’t been the case yet.

This fits great. Colors are beautiful. Going to order some more in different colors.: I was skeptical of ordering this first but then thought of giving it a try. It saves a lot of time. Makes noise while juicing. Also I was expecting a cup with this as shown in picture but did not receive it.

Amazon Customer: Does it inhale apples (generally cut in half to fit in)? Yeah it does, alarmingly so.
Does it make juice? Sure does, pretty frothy though.

It isn't really that hard to clean but you will have to spend a few minutes on it. It might leak on the outbound area a bit also. Stuff is a little sticky now.

I mostly just got to juice some apples to make some cider. I think I accomplished what I wanted but the amount of froth and bits that gets through is more than I would have wanted. Maybe the masticating one or just a press was the way to go.

Still it churned on through everything I shoved down it and didn't seem to have any complaints. So I think it is doing pretty good considering it is on the cheaper side for these things.

Make sure you select proper one….
Why would Hamilton Beach offer two juicers the same style, same price ,but, one without juicer cup?

Jordan: This juicer gets the job done. Will blend pretty much anything that you put in it and produces a decent amount of juice. Cleaning it can be a pain, but I have found that the Scotch Brite scrubbers (these are the only ones that I have found to work and I'll link below) do an AMAZING job at getting most of the gunk out of the strainer. If you can't get it all with that, soak in oxi-clean (I use generic brand) overnight and then scrub with Scotch Brite pad. It should basically peel off. Overall, a great juicer for anyone who is not an intense juice addict. I make a few juices a week and this product works great for me. Would recommend it to a beginner or novice juicer for its ease of use and above-average quality.

Andy4Avon: This thing is amazing for the price! I did a LOT of research before purchasing this one, and I was a little skeptical. A lot of juicers have similar reviews, such as: pulp in juice, pulp is moist, metal shavings in juice, smell of a burning motor. I'll tell you my thoughts on all this, keep in mind, I am a novice juicer, have only used this juicer, and have only used this thing three times (granted I'm juicing for two weeks worth of juice at a time, so about 30 min or so use at a time, so good experience with it).

Pulp in juice: yes, pulp gets in the juice. What I have noticed is there is a VAST amount of pulp if you let it build up near the top where it is thrown out. Simply shake the juicer a bit and maybe knock where it's stuck to get it to fall into the trash container. Doing this significantly reduced the pulp in the juice.

Pulp is moist: yes, it's a bit moist. I don't feel as if I could squeeze juice out of it though. It's definitely not wet, and while I have limited juicing experience, I've read reviews of a $500 juicer doing the same thing. It's not that much of a waste.

Metal shavings in juice: I have not experienced this and I can almost guarantee...
