Marianna: I am SO disappointed in this product! Return windown closed after 1 month of delivery and a week later it stopped working. Something with the locking mechanism broke and it no longer works unless I manually hold the metal handle not fully locked it. So it is impossible for me to use it now unless my husband can hold it.

Rachel: Please dont buy this unless you are really short on cash. Did not juice very well at all. pulp was still very wet. Please if you can spend a little more money and get a better one. Threw my out I couldnt stand it.

Julia: Es eficiente pero la razón de haberlo comprado es que decía que era compacto y aun así me pareció muy grande. También creo que se gasta más en agua al lavar las piezas que la cantidad de jugo que saca. En lo demás es eficiente y fácil de usar. Necesitas un espacio grande para guardarlo.

T: The juicer is awful. I only used it a couple of times but noticed that it did not juice the kale. The kale came out the back whole. It’s my first juicer and I bought it because it was suppose to be compact which it is not. I am outside the restuen window so will have to throw in the garbage.

BJM: This is the 3rd one I’ve purchased and should have been my 1st after returning the 1st two! 1st time juicer here and am pleased so far. Only complaint is when I tried to do kale, it shot it right out the back into the pulp holder and didn’t get juice from it. Also leaks a little out of the back depending on what it is your juicing, but not enough to give it less that the rating I did. I recommend this for 1st timers and beyond. Well known brand and made as you expect from the brand.

Jawaher A.: This juicer worked better than expected. The only thing I would change about this machine is I would add a foam setting. I juicer a couple of apples and it was creating a large amount of foam. It does dissolve into juice eventually, but it would be nice to control it. Overall it works beautifully and I am happy I bought this juicer.

JH: The third time I tried this juicer, large chunks of plastic from the filter housing unit ended up in my drink and when I took the machine apart, the entire housing had been shredded--and all I was juicing was peeled pineapple. I then saw that several other reviewers have had the same problem, but when I contacted Cuisinart, they indicated they could not replace the filter housing because they don't stock that part (a main part), but that if I paid for shipping, which they estimated at ten dollars, they'd replace it. Given that the problem is a serious one, of their own doing, and something several other reviewers have noted, I'm not paying a penny more nor am I going to invest the time to pack it and take it to the post office (I did offer to send a photo of the damaged part, but they still want me to ship the whole machine to them).

As other reviewers have noted, the size is ideal, it's great for fruit, but when it comes to greens, it's really poor. But for me the bottom line is if the plastic gets ground into my drink and the manufacturer expects me to shell out money to fix the problem, I don't want their product.
