Cam: It makes a great cup of coffee. The only reason for the 4 star is I get a plastic smell when pouring a cup. Surprisingly it doesn't taste or smell like plastic in my cup. I cleaned and ran two full pots of water before use.

I do like how it doesn't beep when the coffee is done. My old one did and would be so loud it would wake up the house in the early mornings. It's a lot slimmer and takes less counter space than my old one.

I thought that because it was white it would be stained really quick from the coffee. But, again to my surprise, it cleans up well and no staining after a solid month of use!

Jeff: This coffeemaker was orginally purchased to fit in a very specific location (dimensions) within my coffee station cabinet. Reading reviews had me a little worried as I like my coffee and it was replacing a top of the line coffee maker. I am very satisfied with this coffeemaker.... coffee is hot..good tasting....I like the features that it has. No complaints (& I am very particular when it comes to my coffee)!

Shirley F Reichert: This coffee pot is amazing....I suggest the maker , where the reservoir is located ,to make the numbers darker as everything is white & very hard to see... The lid did not close tight after 3 uses..I took a small piece of elastic from a mask, tied it around the 2 small prongs on the lid, set my coffee for the next day & put a heavy object ( glass candle on top of the lid )...I did this for 3 days, and the lid closes & stays tight
