Installation was an easy process. We used ROBERTS 50-588 Gripper Indoor Mat and Rug Tape for Removable Installations. It takes a bit of patience to properly place them but the tape worked great and we're really pleased with how they look. I was afraid they'd look cheap, but they actually look quite nice and our old girl pup doesn't slip on the stairs anymore. It's kept me from slipping a couple of times too! This was an affordable option for us and looks great! (Better than in the picture. :-)

These stair tread look good and the quality seems good but there is absolutely no stick to the floor action going on. We've had to get carpet tape to get them to stick. They are also pretty large.

The carpet treads are exactly what I expected and look nice and we’re easy to place on the stairs. My only complaint would be that they do not stay in place that well and do need something extra under them to make them stay put.

Definitely not sticking to the hardwood stairs. Every time you go up or down stairs you have to fix it, unless you want to use some carpet tape. Nice colors but very thin.
