I worked with the company to buy custom treads and the landing mat. They were super helpful. American owned company with great customer service.. They look great. Trasaay: Great quality carpet that installs easily and looks great. Really warmed up the staircase. We got the light grey and it matches nicely with our grey tan upstairs carpet. The diamond texture is an excellent detail. Install was super easy. I used a Kleenex box as a template for spacing from the wall. I would suggest paying special attention to getting the shoe part snug perfect before laying it down. My OCD is kicking it a bit now that we’re a couple weeks in. But I am confident I’ll be able to peel those up and restick. Will update if it doesn’t go that way.

David: Very nice product, super simple to install, and the adhesive is clever it sticks but would also come off easily without damaging the wood. The pieces are well made and solid. These are my first peel and stick runners and I was concerned they would look cheap, but the wrap around the front of the step really makes it look close to custom installed carpet. Worth the price for these if you want something that looks nicely finished and is durable enough to last.

H5AH5A: I don't think that I've ever written a product review. Yes, I'm a verified purchaser and no, no one enticed me to write this. I have a little old lady labrador, she is 11. As we do, she is getting up in age and kept sliding backwards down our painted wooden basement steps. It was getting pretty pathetic. I had thin little adhesive strips on them that did not go edge to edge and finally realized that she was slipping on the paint as there wasn't anything for her nails to grip on to and it just wasn't doing the job. I found these after about my third search down for stair treads. As one reviewer wrote (I always read the reviews!), "Why did I overthink this?" Holy. Cow. These things are INCREDIBLE! They are not cheap but way cheaper than a vet bill if my pup falls and breaks her hip! And in this case, you get what you pay for. The are real carpet, even SMELL like real carpet (in a good way, not a stinky way- like I just put new carpet down in a room). All I did for "prep" (and at 3 am cuz that's how I roll) was pull off the old adhesive strips on my steps, brush off each step with a hand broom and wiped down each step with 409. Ginny S: We love these stair treads! The “rounded bullnose” makes them appear professionally installed. We purchased “crystal canyon” and love the beige tones. The carpet is of good quality and comfy on our feet. It has been weeks since we placed them and they are holding fine. This was an economical solution for us that also looks great. They were shipped quickly too!
