Mountain Biker: I sometimes forget to bring my expensive spotting scope with me when I go shooting, this decently cheap and lightweight Monocular, makes a great addition to my shooting bag, can make out point of impact holes on targets out to 25-Yards, not very useful at 100-Yards.

Live your life: This was great for cruise to Alaska. Clear images. Could see a long ways. I liked it better than binoculars.

Vicki Gray | MOTORESS: This item is "ok". It works, but I would have preferred to step up the quality to see further in the distance. It comes with a great carry case with a snap on cap for the lenses- bottom and top. The top cap does not stay in place. The rubber around the monocular has an unpleasant odor to it. Small enough for transport and a nice fit to the hand. Just ok overall.

Mac: I got this little monocular discounted but would have payed full price for it.

this little guy works great! the textured, molded rubber grip makes it easy to hold and work the focus. The focus is very smooth turning and works well to get a nice crisp sight. the lens has a green coating on it I am going to assume cuts down on glare. While looking through it I never thought to myself wow that's really bright so the coating must be doing its job.

The monocular also came with a little wrist strap which is good in case your worried about dropping it but the thick rubber shell is more than capable of withstanding a fall. it also came with a carrying case with a Velcro flap and a micro fiber cleaning cloth.

I plan on using this at the range to do some quick hit spotting at the shorter distances. While you could get away with using this for a longer distance range it would be in your best interest to just get a more powerful one.

All and all this is a very solid little monocular that is perfect for a range bag or hunting gear setup.

DavideDavide: Appena provato "on the field", ora posso dare un giudizio obbiettivo.
Innanzitutto le specifiche:
- peso reale: 315 grammi
- lunghezza- 15 cm.
- diametro max: 6 cm.

In dotazione i due tappi: l'anteriore protegge bene e si aggancia ancora meglio tramite due ganci a molla, stile tappo per reflex; il posteriore è abbastanza lasco, tende a uscire dalla sede. In dotazione anche una custodia in nylon con chiusura a velcro; nessun tipo di imbottitura protettiva, il velcro è abbastanza debole, e l'attacco per assicurare la custodia alla cinghia pare debolissimo, con solo un giro di cucitura.

Passiamo al cannocchiale: l'oggetto non è piccolissimo, ma non ci si può aspettare altro da un monocolo con luminosità 40. La qualità ottica è sufficiente, nonostante una decisa aberrazione ottica e cromatica nella parte periferica del campo visivo. I 10 ingrandimenti si fanno sentire tutti, e per l'utilizzo a mano libera sono al limite: basta un pò di vento per disturbare parecchio la visuale. Però la portata è eccezionale. Ho visto persone camminare in un sentiero a più di 6 km di distanza.

Direi che per il prezzo pagato è consigliatissimo.
