Talitha: I absolutely love this vacuum. I think it’s user error on the reviews that are saying it doesn’t work on carpet, carpet is all I have in my house. There’s a switch on the main floor piece that allows you to go from carpet to hardwood or linoleum. I love that the filter is washable. I love that the suction power can get stronger or weaker depending on what I’m cleaning. The only downside is the power cord is a bit short, but I just use an extension cord when cleaning my extremely long staircase. I can clean the staircase while holding the vacuum if I wanted to because it’s so light. I like that I can detach the hose and break it down and store it in my coat closet. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner. I don’t even sweep my kitchen anymore I vacuum it now! The pet attachment cleaned a sofa that I have not been able to deep clean for years. It looks brand new now.

Rod: UPDATE - Once the manufacturer read my review they contacted me. At first I thought it was a phishing attempt, so I ignored it. They contacted me again and this time I responded only because they put the model number of the vacuum in the email when I told them the issue I was having they sent me a link to Amazon for the HEPA filter and other filters they then provided me with a $20 gift card so that way I did not have to spend the $8.68 on the replacement filters.

I must say the customer service is good, and they made certain that my issue was resolved. If this vacuum were to break today I most likely would buy another replacement same exact one.

This vacuum appeared to be a good vacuum. The suction power is good. Maneuverability can be cumbersome. The main reason why I rated it two stars is because there are no replacement HEPA filters for this vacuum. my son, upon emptying out the canister, inadvertently throughout the HEPA filter. I contacted the manufacturer, who basically said sorry. Now I have an expensive vacuum I could use, if I don’t mold dust particles roaming the air. The thing is, I am allergic to dust, so using it without a HEPA...

ASG: I have used this for 5 weeks. It is light, maneuverable, powerful and very easy to empty. It seems as powerful as a good shop vac. This vacuum will pick up virtually any kind of debris if it fits in the hose. The motor sound is not annoying. You can run it at half power to lower the noise and it will still pick up as much as most other vacuums. The hose detached from the part that snaps to the main vacuum. It was replaced promptly. My only complaint is that part that snaps into the vacuum does not seem sturdy. I like this vacuum so much, that I bought a another vacuum from Amazon that looks like a similar design but smaller and lighter. On the other vacuum, the hose part that connects to the vacuum has much thicker plastic and I don’t think it will break.
I have owned many vacuums and I have given up on cordless. On cordless there are too many places for jams and the debris paths are narrower than full size vacuums. I have decided that lightweight powerful canisters are the best option. Canister types, I thinks have the least amount of places to get clogged.. I still have an over 30 year old Electrolux in perfect condition but I never want to lug it...

teresa: I ordered this cannister vacuum for my lake house. I needed something that could maneuver easily and pick up pet hairs and dirt from considerable foot traffic in and outside, because it's a vacation home!
It's only from using a product that you realize the benefits. First, it is lightweight, and it has nice accessories to be expected. Two features that I really like for ease of use and saving time are the level of suction and dirt bin size and ease to clean.
The suction can be max for floors and large rugs, but min for those area rugs that get sucked up if it's too light! Love this! My expensive home vac doesn't have this feature!
The dirt bin detaches really easily and a simple latch evacuates the debris, and it goes back in place quickly without having to move anything or adjust any other hoses or knobs.
This is a nicely priced vacuum and it will do the hard work that an expensive vac offers!

Becky Morrell: I am so tired of buying crappy vacuums. I had hoped this would be my savior, but it has fallen short on every level. It started falling apart almost right out of the box. The latch that holds the dirt canister in place pops apart EVERY time I empty the canister and I have to put it back together. It has a carpet setting, but that is completely useless. The suction is super high so all it does is suck up the carpet and stick so you can't move the wand. There is no brush, so all it does is create suction. Anything actually stuck to the carpet cannot be released so it just stays there. It works pretty decent for my hardwood floors, but I need something that will also work for my throw rugs. The suction is greater on the carpet setting, but the area it sucks up is less, making it pointless. If I had kept the box, I would have already returned this. NOT worth the investment at all, as far as I'm concerned.
