El cuchillo corta fenomenal la corteza del jamón que es bastante dura,, tiene un mango bastante grande y no se resbala en la mano. Muy fácil de usar con cualquier alimento.....Arcos toda una garantía.

Nothing fancy. Works great for cutting up chickens. Handle is ergonomic and works well for my big hands. Easy to wash up after use - handle cleans easily. This knife has a thin blade and is not for heavy chopping. Arcos knives sharpen easily and are a pleasure to use.
