Cuchillo deshuesador de muy buena calidad. La marca Arcos nunca decepciona en la calidad de sus cuchillos. Muy recomendable, sobre todo para cortar una paleta o jamón dado que es un cuchillo muy versátil y te quita la corteza perfectamente sin esfuerzo y te permite cortar zonas próximas a el hueso que con un cuchillo jamonero se hace muy difícil.

Como todos los de Arcos, la calidad garantizada ante todo. Por mi experiencia lo digo. Este cuchillo lo he usado para cortar carne en bistecs de un centímetro y medio. Especialmente cortando jamón, finísimo y maravilloso. Yo pienso que esto se debe a su amolado filo y la dureza y estabilidad de su acero.
