Perfect fit for my Aqueon 40 gallon breeder tank. Gives off good light, not so terribly bright like the LED lights (which the fish hide from). The aquarium looks great.
UPDATE: They do not last, and they burn out bulbs fast.

This light is for our 2nd 46 gal bowfront tank. Our other tank has a full Aqueon lighted hood but this tank came with a glass top. I assumed that this would be the same light that came with the full top, but it was not the case. (That's my fault, not the seller's.) It is not as heavy as the other light we have, and has a 2 prong plug instead of a grounded 3 prong plug. So far, so good... nothing to complain about. As usual, all my Amazon orders are delivered in a timely manner (I never opt for the expedited shipping.) and are in good working order when they arrive. It works fine, but I'm removing 1 star for the cheap, lightweight construction. It is definately worth the price, though!
