beige: I’ve bought three of these now. They are very cromulent and after two years my first one is still working fine. Pro tip: you can take the screw out and put it in the opposite side if your fish tank is closer to the wall.

AJ: Definitely my fav light yet for my 10 gallon, the cable is nice and LONG > 6 ft. Get great coverage just wish it had a dimming feature.

Carl: I have 4 of these units; 1 on my 10-gallon tank, another on my 3 ft (ideally should be 2 but It's not planted and has a nice effect), and 2 on my 4ft planted tank (works well but probably should be 3). The lights are dead simple to set up and use as they only have a power on/off button. The light is a clean white balance that makes fish and plants look good. Even though I have the basic and not the planted version my plants are still growing well in my 18-inch deep 4 ft tank.

Nalley Smith: Nice light, affordable, super easy install (if you can turn a screw you can install this), bright, does the job—- doesn’t seem to help live plants grow. Not sure if that’s a claim or not, but you’ll likely need additional lights if you’re using this for aquatic gardening/planting.
