Dancingwater: It's good. The flavor isn't quite as rich and intense as I remember. I think that carob at its peak flavor has to be picked and air-dried a bit, but not too much, to retain the most flavor. It's tricky. I'm just glad I can get organic carob. I used to pick it off the trees that grew on the UC San Diego campus, on my way to the new library, when the University was very young. And I really miss Haagen Das Carob ice cream. So now, maybe I'll just make my own.

Holly Wallace: this is very good carob powder, and it is also good to know it's organic(no chemicals added during growing). it is expensive but it was hard to find organic carob powder so it is worth the price.
