Jlpindy: Nice product. Happy with the results so far. I've done roast beef, ham, and turkey so far. Slices well and isn't too bad for to clean up.

SBond: Some reviews complain that their product did not come with the second blade. It is confusing because the product headline uses the plural words "Stainless Steel Blades" but if you scroll down to the description it states one blade. I also mistakenly did not check the description. To further the confusion, the box and the instructions that come with the one blade package still say there are two blades. There is another package version that comes with the second straight edge blade for a slightly higher price. What is not clear in the description of the two blade product is what the straight edge blade is best for. One reviewer posted that "Smooth edge blades are just perfect for vegetables and leaner meats. Serrated edge blades are ideal for cutting bread and denser meats". I have no idea if this is correct.

tried cutting anything else. Easy to use and clean. The only thing Im not crazy about is where the cord is..it should be in the back I think. Great product!
