Clayton Costa: This is regarding a lightweight motorized treadmill from Acheer. It’s not so much about their product, but mostly about their attitude towards their customers.
The short version of the story is that they shipped a defective product, which had noise levels higher than 100 dB while on running speed, and already 90+ dB at walking speed. Their customer support is very slow - and several messages come back saying “we’re on holiday right now and we might take up to three day to reply to your message”. Every other message I’ve sent them received auto reply, no matter the day of the week. They proposed a solution that didn’t work. I’ve decided to return the item, and they’ve “agreed”, as long as I shipped the item back to them, which was more expensive than the item itself. After several weeks with back and forth, I have to escalate the matter within Amazon Customer Support and found a satisfactory solution, while not ideal.

Rob: The treadmill is great. Other than arriving with a broken cover. I strongly suggest this treadmill but also suggest you make sure to not purchase it from this seller. The partial refund they offered because of the damage was an absolute circus to have them follow thru with. Amazon was very helpful but search for a different Amazon seller for this item. Otherwise, we love the treadmill!

James M. Alba: I bought this treadmill for use at my office because I can't always get my running in when I get home from work, and it is actually perfect for an office situation, but definitely not a top of the line treadmill by any means. It's lightweight , sort of small- about 5' long, and easy to put together, even though the directions are just pictures that are microscopic. The Q&A on Amazon says this treadmill works for people up to 300 lbs and I highly do NOT recommend that someone who is over 250 lbs use this machine. It does not feel sturdy enough at all to handle that kind of weight. I'm just under 200 lbs and I feel like I'm beating the heck out of it. At home I have a Nordic treadmill that is about 10x better than this machine, it is more powerful, much, much, sturdier, and is whisper-quiet compared to this machine, but this is for my office and it does not disappoint. I don't really think this is a machine I would use at home with multiple users- spend the extra $400 and get a Nordic. For light and occasional use, this machine will do the job. Update, April 2021: I have used this machine 5 days a week, every week since buying it in October. I am putting about 8-10 miles a day...

Miguel Colon: I'm giving a 4-star because of the confusion with obtaining support and poor manual.
First, it arrived SUPER FAST. Within 10 days, not 3-weeks. That's because they ship out of LA and I'm in SF. If you're on the west coast expect fast delivery. My first impression is that it is very small. My previous treadmill was a NordicTrack and it was much bigger. That said, it's fine. If you have a small space this will be perfect.
Assembly took about 3-man hours, mostly because the instructions aren’t all that great. When assembled, it looks great, just small. We did a quick test and it worked fine. This morning I turned it on and received an Err code. Turns out the Err code comes up when the safety cable isn't attached. Attach the safety cord and all is well.
When researching the ERR code I searched for Archeer and found a website that sells the treadmill, they just don't support it. There is a phone number (no one answers) and an email address. I emailed them and received this response below. Weird, but I'll keep the email address in case anything comes up.

This is our second treadmill so we knew we already knew which options we wanted.
I can use a USB to charge my iPad or phone while watching virtual journeys on YouTube.
The motor is very quiet and smooth running.
When choosing a treadmill I did opted for a heavier weight limit and would recommend this for the extra sturdier motor and construction.
