CAB: These are great rails and the grips on them help your hand to have a hold secure. I highly recommend them. The issue that I had was installing them into quality tiles. If you follow their instructions and are mounting it through ceramic tile or one-piece shower stalls I am sure it is easy. However, I went through 5 cement/tile drill bits using a hammer drill I borrowed from a friend to go through the stone tile and cement board behind them. Although it took quite a bit of time to do the drilling I was very fortunate that I had located the wall studs with a quality stud finder and all screws went directly into the studs making the rails very secure.

Yvonne Kostrewa: I have not installed the bar yet. We plan to rip out the existing shower and replace it with a more useful one, it will be installed this weekend then I can give a better review.
