Armand.: Tengo varios cuchillos, tanto de acampar, tacticos y de cocina soy chef amateur y déjenme decirles que este cuchillo es justo lo que quería. Es bonito, muy filoso de espiga completa con un precio atractivo y ademas de acero al carbón que se afila mucho muy fácil aunque en contraposición si se llega a oxidar; pero solo hay que tener cuidado de secarlo muy bien después de lavar y cubrir su hoja con una muy fina capa de aceite de cocina y listo. Para el uso que es, no podría estar mejor.

Edgar PuenteEdgar Puente: La calidad es buena pero no excelente, la hoja es gruesa asi que si lo quieres para uso rudo es perfecto, es pesado asi que te doleran las manos si lo planeas usar seguido mucho tiempo en restaurante, la caja es muy elegante y la funda se ve muy economica pero por el precio(30dlls) esta excelente, pero si quieres algo de lujo esta no es la opcion
