I honestly started reading this book a few days ago and not only am I not craving junk food, I don’t even want it! I am choosing healthy food and am enjoying it. And it doesn’t even feel like a big change but looking at my previous eating it’s MASSIVE!!
This book has literally changed my life. I feel free from food addiction. And I don’t feel that bothered either because it’s no biggie!

Amazon Customer: I bought this after trying to stop overeating like a savage by willpower, and failing time and time again.
I successfully quit smoking almost 20 years ago after reading his other easyway book and was desperate so thought I'd give this a try, with low expectations.
It took a while to get going with it, but wow, about a third of the way through, so many of the things he was saying just resonated so much for me and I started to really change how I thought about food and my eating.
Its simple logic but so so effective.
That was 5 months ago and I have slowly lost nearly 15kg, very easily.
I'm not snacking, or thinking about food all the time, or stressing about what and when I'm next able to eat.
I'm rereading it now to make sure it really stays with me because it has truly transformed my life and I feel free.

Elaine: I am only 2/3 of the way through this book but from the beginning I was motivated to eliminate certain items from my diet. I haven’t yet finished the book but so far it has told me what NOT to eat but hasn’t said what TO eat. I do feel that the information in the book could have been summed up in one chapter instead of multiple chapters as there is a whole lot of repeating.

chantal: I was disappointed by the book, I did not find it as engaging as other books. I appreciate that the author said that it was not written by him but just following his principles. Did not work for me but will try to read it again .
