Richard W.: The media could not be loaded.  I don’t like that there’s not some type of light anywhere else on the device because when you press the light button when the humidifier is on top of the device, you can’t see the light that’s on top of the device since it’s layered and the humidifier is a different Compartment that covers the top of the whole unit.

Marianne Cruz: Update - I heard back from customer service and was very pleased with their prompt support. Emily got a new air purifier to me within a couple days and was so helpful and polite. The new unit is working marvelously so far; I’m very pleased and they’ve absolutely redeemed themselves!

Although a bit loud under the regular settings, the sleep mode was very effective. I did have a difficult time with the remote and would have to press it multiple times for it to actually work but nothing that I couldn’t handle. However, I was very disappointed when the product did not last more than three months. I went to plug it back in to the outlet after not having used it for a day or two, and a spark flew out (I literally jumped back because I thought I was gonna get electrocuted), it has not worked since. I have tried contacting the seller on three occasions now over the last couple of months and still have not received a response neither through email nor phone call. This isn’t the cheapest air purifier out there, so I was expecting a lot more from it or at least some customer support. Thumbs down; would not recommend.

Mel: I have a MIla for downstairs but didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars for one for the bedroom. This air purifier is small and fits well in the corner of my bedroom. But the humidifier is nothing but a bucket of water. I could have done that myself. The filter went moldy after about two weeks, so I tossed it in the garbage. Not going to bother replacing it. The bucket of water is fine on top but it proibably doesn't do much. Don't expect it to provide the humidification that you would get from a real air humidifier, so just buy both separately.

Tim: Good customer service
The design of the Air Purifier could be better, the water of the humidifier sometimes may split on it, it may shorten the life of the machine.

Sharalyn Adelman: The unit is a bit manufactured wrong, the controls are in between the purifier and humidifier, also the remote doesn’t work, on the pro side the representative Whitney from afloia was able to replace it with a different model that is more reliable and convenient. Grant Davidson: This unit ,after a couple of weeks, failed 100%, to provide both my wife and myself with any relief. Also the remote failed to work, unless you were standing immediately beside it. I changed the battery , which did not improve the operation of the remote. I followed the in closed instructions carefully.

NOTE111111 - Since i wrote this review, I was contacted by this supplier and I have to give them a definite 5 star rating for their excellent support. I could go into a long summary relating to this support but, all I can say is the follow up offer to me was excellent. They are sending me a replacement unit, which is a different model, but one they suggest would work the best for my situation.. I will always be a customer of their products even if the price may be higher, as the customer service they offer is priceless!!!

krispy1121: We’ve had this purifier for nearly a month. The amount of dust in our bedroom has dropped significantly. On low and medium speeds, the noise level isn’t that loud, but on high it is loud. The humidifier function is optional and different. You fill the container up with water and sit it on top of the purifier. It’s a tongue & groove connection. When you turn the purifier on, it comes up through the water container that is also filtered. The humidifier is MISTLESS, so you can’t see it working, but after a few hours or over night, the level of water has dropped significantly. I will say my sinuses don’t seem as dry as without running it, but my husband says he wakes up with a sore throat. We only use it over night. I wouldn’t buy it again because it’s quite pricey and so are the filters, but I’m not disappointed with the product.
