RomanRoman: I've owned many grip strengtheners. This one is very appealing looks great and does what it says it's supposed to! The grip handles themselves are that rough bar type we have all experienced and soft hands or rough the higher weight rating you go you will start to tear up your hands after many reps. That doesn't bother me personally but in my shop, I found some heat shrink tubing that I slid right over the handles for a better more feel-good grip. Non slippery nor did I have to use any heat it hugged the handles perfectly. In the pictures you can see it's a 3M CLEAR HEAT SHRINK FILM I SLID OVER THEM. Looks good and I'm sure you can find the product on amazon easily it was a nice touch. Product is great and I will buy another..

Thomas L Fulton: I've had the cheap CPOS grippers with plastic handles before. I was looking for a replacement because one actually had the coiled metal crack and split. I decided to go slightly upscale on this purchase and couldn't be happier! 1) Crisscross machined metal handles so no slip, 2) Easily adjustable tension and the lowest 25 is exactly where I need to start ( 80 I'll probably have to stand on it!! ) 3) Easily adjustable squeeze distance for larger or smaller hands. I didn’t realize you could adjust the grip width, so cool! The force action is pretty linear too. Having used the heavy gauge spring versions before, this is far and away much better. I highly recommend.

He didn't like the regular ones where you have to twist a lever to enhance the strentgh because over time it would twist back to the easier modes. Eftersom jag kör mycket med grippers, så trodde jag att 90kg max inte var så svårt. Men det motsvarar en coc#3,5 i svårighet. Men med 13kg ökning på varje nivå, så jag köpte även Iron 80. Då blir hoppen inte så stora.

Rob Wen: Considering the number of options you have for different resistance it is worth the money not to mention it is well made.

I use it daily to improve my grip for BJJ. Took me a few weeks to even get use to the lightest setting but now my grip haas improved quite a bit.

I use a grip test to check. Pre purchase I was average 45-50kg peaked at 55kg.

Now I average 50-55kg in the afternoon post BJJ or gym training.
