Five stars for doing what it says it will. Have only had it for two weeks, so I can't speak to battery life, but the temperature reading is always within a degree or two of a different themometer that we have.

Easy to set up. Simple display. Hangs on the wall. Batteries last long. This is our second one. First one stopped working properly after several years. As expected for the cost.

The display was defective on the themometer originally sent to me, but the AcuRite company quickly replaced it after I sent in a few pictures and tried some troubleshooting.

This was an open box item and it works rather well at half the price. Easy to read display and simple to set up and operate. It does take an hour from initial start to get the correct temperature. Nice having a humidity display.

Si más ni más a los dos meses aproximadamente de comprarlo el sensor de temperatura exterior se volvió loco. Empezó a registrar una temperatura irreal marcando -40. No se cual es la falla si el sensor exterior o el aparato interior. A ambos les cambie la pila y les hice reset y continúa mal. No lo recomiendo y lo peor es que no se ni como hacer un reclamo de garantía via Amazon... Alguien sabe como hacer una reclamación de garantía o no existe?
