Amazon Customer: Very easy to set up,only had it set up for a couple days,everything seems to work perfect. I like the HD display,very nice and clear.I have it set to automatically change all three screens every 15 sec, so You can see indoor,out door and records display.

Bill Kindel: My previous weather station (from another source) finally met its end.
After a bit of research, I selected the AcuRite Iris to take its place.

On the plus side, all the outdoor instruments are in the single unit, which is now mounted above the pergola over our patio. They're all powered by the twin solar panels (and back-up batteries) on the unit.
We easily mounted the display tablet in a convenient place (my wife, the gardener, loves it!), and I connected the internet node to my router. Everything came up and automatically connected with minimal fuss.

On the minus side, the temperature sensor is vulnerable to the sun during the day. I placed a lightning sensor (which also connected easily) under a shady tree to learn something closer to the actual outdoor temperature. Also, it's nearly impossible to level the rain gauge when I the unit is mounted atop a pole (to minimize the effect of nearby structures).

mr jimmy: This unit replaced an old Davis Weatherpro system that served me well for almost 20 years, but was clumsy to program and replacement sensors and parts became quite expensive over the years. The Acurite system checked all the boxes for me including WU connectivity, programming from my phone and the ability to connect through a metal roof, etc. by having the add-on signal repeater that can insure a strong signal. So far, mine is reading fine through the metal roof at about 50 ft. distance from sensor to console. Very easy setup on the console, phone and connection to WU. Mounting was easy, using the old Davis pole which puts the sensors around 25' high. Using other weather stations and media for calibration points, after using for a week, all readings seem spot on. Very satisfied so far, especially with the easy to read console and remote monitoring ease. Maybe update in the future as to durability.

David Spicer: This is a very good and accurate weather instrument. It is easy to setup and the WiFi connected with no problem. I must say Acurite is great to deal with. Mine arrived damaged due to shipping but customer service was excellent. Haylee was very courteous and helpful. The issue was resolved very quickly and with no issues. I would highly recommend the product and the company. I wish all companies were this easy to deal with.

Michael S: Product is flawless after one week of use. Simple to install and set-up. Only one design flaw, and pretty minor at that: The 2 tiny screws to attach the 5-in-1 to the mounting bracket are inaccessible once you've (in my case, permanently) mounted the bracket. Nothing a little automotive tape couldn't fix. However, would be nice to have some sort of clip on/off system instead. Anyway, the wireless has worked perfectly, and this station is everything you need for monitoring remotely. Would highly recommend.

Mark Semon: I've had weather stations for many years and this is without a doubt the best I've ever had. The display connected with the 5 in 1 sensor very quickly. There is a lot of information available (charts, highs and lows, dew points, wind speed, max and min wind speeds, etc.) and it's all designed to be easy to find. The internet connection to myacurite.com was very easy to set up and it's just wonderful. In fact, I bought three more sensors: one that monitors the temperature in the basement, one that lets me know if there is water on the floor in the basement, and one that lets me know the temperature in an outside shed. I'm so happy to get all this information without having to go outside or downstairs. Finally, the connection to wunderground.com was easy to set up so now the information from the weather station is online for our neighbors to monitor.

The best weather station I've ever had.

JRT: Compré 2 kits y ambos tienen problemas con el display module. En el primero no muestra la hora correcta, después de haberla reseteado varias veces, se queda fija. En el segundo equipo el display no detecta el 5-1 sensor.
En ambos casos el Sensor 5-1 funciona bien y puedo leer los datos en mi tlfno móvil, pero los problemas con el display siguen.

Ian McDonagh: Ordered an Acurite weather station through Amazon Australia, as it was through the Australian branch I expected the power plugs to be Australian not US, the unit also does not have Australia as a time zone only the US. Very disappointed.

JCooJrJCooJr: After reading many of the reviews, I was concerned this would be a difficult product to get up and running. My experience has been the other extreme. I ordered the AcuRite 01151M HD Weather Station Access for Remote Monitoring, Compatible with Amazon Alexa that included the AcuRite Access Hub, the 5 in 1 Weather Sensor, the color HD monitor. I also ordered separately the AcuRite 06052M Remote Battery Pack for 5 in 1 Weather Sensors and two AcuRite 06044M Wireless Temperature and Humidity Sensors. All of the components arrived in satisfactory packaging with no visible rough handling.

First, I installed batteries in the 5 in 1 sensor and then connected the indoor color display to a 110vac outlet. After a couple of minutes, the display recognized the 5 in 1 sensor and began recording readings. After confirming the sensor was working properly, I next wanted to check the remote battery pack. So, I then removed the batteries from the 5 in 1 sensor and connected the Remote Battery pack with batteries installed in the remote pack. The device began working almost immediately with no delay.
