Accurately Monitor Temperature Inside & Out: Wireless Weather Station with Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer

paula: I picked this set because it has a clock on it. I needed to replace my old weather station in my rv. I can't read the numbers! You have to swipe the top to make the light come on so you can see the temperature. You can't make the light stay on all the time. It has to be plugged into a wall outlet. This is not helpful for me because the monitor is displayed above the refrigerator and power plug is to far away. I wanted to return but I missed the deadline. The picture the is not true to what it looks like. Like I said it's impossible to read unless you make the back light come on.

Nancy Goodrich: When our weather station first arrived, I was disappointed that I didn't pay closer attention to the size. I was worried that it was going to be too small to read easily. However, I was happily surprised by the clarity of the display. It is very crisp and the colors are vibrant. We bought this one to replace our previous weather station which was much bigger. Now that I can see that the smaller one is just as easy to see and read, I am much happier with the size. There are many interesting features including moon phases and weather forecasts. This is a great weather station for the price!

Alte Funker: I was somewhat hesitant at the size when I opened the parcel from Amazon, but a quick perusal of the Manual and I was on the way.

The screen is bright and colourful, and appears to have the information that I am interested in without getting too jammed up with useless data.

The remote is outside right now, at -7°C, and temperature matches the mercury thermometer mounted outside my home office window. Simply insert batteries (in both devices) and you are on your way.

The only misgiving I have about this device is that to read the numbers clearly, you need to "tilt" the screen so you are looking at the display at as near to 90º as possible, otherwise, the information you really want just fades out as you either pass by, or sit down at one's desk. I ended up putting the display on a corner stand at about 6 feet high, 8 feet away, but had to tilt the whole frame top forward about 10° so that I can read the screen while sitting at my desk.

I believe this is simple, inexpensive and seemingly accurate device would make a nice gift for someone without such a device.

Le seul inconvénient c’est qu’il devrait inclure l’adaptateur USB pour une prise de courant ordinaire
