I wish it was made out of stainless steel than plastic but it still do the job well.

DonellDonell: Not too loud and I do advise to insert a plastic bag to collect the pulp. Easy enough to assemble and disassemble to clean. Did not attempt a whole apple/pear, still cut them up. Don't let the fruit/veggie lay down, it takes longer. Glad for the purchase

Amazon Customer: Update: I was contacted by company within a few days of this post, they offered to replace it or refund, because I all ready bought a new one I went with refund. They were SUPER HELPFUL AND HELPED ME OUT RIGHT AWAY!! Totally would use them again, their customer service is awesome!!!
I bought in May but didn’t open or use till July 7 and first time using it the motor smelt like burning I only put cucumbers in it and then it just stopped!!! I cleaned it out and tried and again and nothing is working or moving!

It does do a good job, nonetheless, and you can juice a bunch of groceries before the strainer gets blocked.
