Kaliopi Pappas: I was shocked at how much I got for the money, and I love it. Spicy and sweet chunks of chewy ginger coated in crystalized sugar, just as I like it. The smaller pieces remind me of spice drops in texture and flavor. Happy that there's variety in the size of the chunks.

E. Adair: I love crystallized ginger. It is like eating candy, but healthy - so long as you don't eat more than 5 grams! I am serious! Look it up if you don't believe me. Ginger has salicylates, the building block of acetasalicylic acid - otherwise known as aspirin. If you eat too much, it can thin your blood like aspirin. I have eaten a handful before with no effect, but I do not recommend eating this by the handful. This is great whenever I have an upset stomach - it does the trick to calm it down - just a few pieces. It is a lot spicier than other brands that I have tried, but for me, I like ginger to be on the spicy side. Great product, great value. Buy it.
