ClarkDGigHbr: I needed to replace an old 2-way hose splitter and add another connection. This one is very sturdy and has done the job nicely. My only issue is that the shutoff valve levers are very tight, making it impossible for my spouse to turn them on-off. Perhaps with use they will become a bit easier to manipulate. In the meantime, I will try to construct a homemade tool to provide additional leverage to turn the valve levers. Otherwise, I would recommend this product.

CJ Mitchell: I bought the hose adapter because it is sturdy, easy to use and the on-off operation is important in my yard. I use soakers hoses, sprinkler hoses and different hoses to hand water. This adapter makes the yard care easier.

Jackie H: This is a 3/4 inch fitting but fits a 5/8 inch hose. Good product with ball valves. Great deal for the money as they sell locally for 40$. Missing one washer but no biggie.

DonnaJ: I bought this to set up a series of hoses for our back yard and garden. Our back yard doesn't have any faucets, so I have to run a long hose from the front of the house to the back. I attached the hose to this unit and then attach the other hoses as needed. One for the yard, one for the garden, one for the misters on the deck and one for the dog's automatic water bowl. It works great and doesn't leak.
Over the years I have tried many different brands, most only last one season, if it makes it through the whole season. I believe this will last a long time. I have bought many Twinkle products this year, and they are all quite good quality and work well

Amazon Customer: Excellent. Sturdy. Well built. I used a plastic version of this once on one of the farm hydrants. Because our irrigation is on timers attached under the splitter (and thus splitter is always under pressure) these work great. The plastic ones fail under constant pressure in just a few months.
If you need sturdy, this is a good option. The only downside is that the switches are not the easiest to open and close. Again, for us not an issue but for the occasional waterer it may be a hassle. Plastic ones have more user friendly switches
