J.R.J.R.: These were PERFECT as replacements to the builder-installed closet fasteners. The installation was fast, easy, and the package comes with everything you need. The height of the ball is easily adjustable allowing you to ensure a proper fit. The stainless steel is durable, yet has a very nice polish. The only issue is that the base does not fit flush to the top of the door. So, I had to create an inset to "sit" it into the door to get a smooth look. This was minor given that it was only raises about 2mm.

Ral Glanz: If you buys these at your local Home Depot, the plates and screw locations are generally standardized. This one is just off by a couple mm in all dimensions. It fits the ones I replaced, but left small gaps in the door jam and I glued the screw holes to ensure the screws held over time.

Anthony W.: The boss of the house wanted me to change all our door handles with round door knobs which i did , however after doing a few of them she was struggling to open the doors as arthritis was affecting her grip and as she really liked the look of the door knobs i looked for an easier option for opening /closing and saw these , i fitted them to our doors and its solved the problem , the boss is happy and ive scored some brownie points !!
