Kelly Moore: If this was spiral bound it would be perfect. This format ticks all the boxes for tracking your four basics. I will be ready to order a new one soon unless I find the same format with a hard cover & sprial bound.

Sophia: I love this food journal-I just want to keep track of my food log, for intermittent fasting, blood sugar readings, goals, what worked what didn't work. Doesn't have macros, or calories columns, or points so if you want that keep looking. I just wanted something simple and plenty of space to write in here, very motivating to see the decisions as they unfold to keep you on track of your weight loss goals. I found a quote that I wrote down that sums it up: "Everyday is a battle, and you have to make the choice each morning ( I replaced with ALL DAY) to fight for your health and wellness. Quoted from Lose It! website from Alex, who lost 85 lbs. for his wedding. This journal inspires that kind of all day effort you need to lose weight or get healthy. Love it, Sunshine Press please don't stop making this!

Jill: This book just asks for short little thoughts and plans. It's really easy to find the time to fill it out each day. And the questions help prompt me to think about things. Great little book for keeping track of the good, the bad and the improving. Highly recommend.

Travelgrrl: I really like this journal and it has enough extra space to track my blood pressure, measurements, or anything else. My one MINOR gripe is the question, "What went POORLY yesterday?"

I like to think that I'm not doing anything poorly, but that I can always improve. So I always cross that word out and put "less well." "What went less well yesterday?"

I know it may seem stupid, but to me, words matter. Other than that it is a great and useful tool for staying on track.

GoldDove: I'm a member of PNP and food planning and journaling are a huge part of it. I'm not much of a journal writer, but the food planning is key for me. The PNP planner is huge and intimidating and I was using about 25% of it. It's also expensive so that was a waste for me. This was the perfect substitute for me. It has all of the things that I was doing and none of the things that I wasn't. It's so much more doable and has become something I look forward to rather than something I dread every morning.
