Chris: my only complaint is that is a little big and doesn't fit my phone if my phone has a case on.

Jon: These little things are a lifesaver. If you're looking for a USB-C OTG adapter, these are the ones to get. They're super compact and lightweight. The build quality is sturdy metal. Works great for a keyboard, mouse, hub, external storage, or anything else you can conceivably connect to an Android phone via USB-A. Works great with a Pixel 4a.

Brett: As more and more devices move to USB-C, some are even dropping their “legacy” USB-A ports - but most thumb drives, portable SSDs/HDDs, printers, scanners and other equipment still tries to use USB-A cables, so an adapter is required.
While there are a number of hubs out there that split one USB-C port into 3 USB-A or video plus USB or whatever, sometimes, all you need is one port converted from USB-C to USB-A...or just to plug in one cable. These adapters - in a handy two pack - allow you to do just that. Attach them to the end of the USB-A cable and then to the USB-C port on your device and away you go (presuming your device supports the peripheral at the other end, that is - not all peripherals are supported by all USB-C devices such as phones/tablets, and just changing the cable end doesn’t change that).
Build wise, these are good quality - metal not plastic - and seem that they’ll hold up to a good amount of use. They do add about an inch to the end of the cable that is non-flexible, so plan for that. All in all, a very helpful item to have around as our world continues to change standards.
