My treadmill experienced some skipping issues 6 months after purchase. I've been using it regularly and have been able to run on it until the skipping started. I tried contacting customer support via the Amazon support link and I was able to get connected with the seller "Homill" customer support. Homill was extremely helpful and responsive. Not only did they honor the 1-year warranty on the treadmill, they were willing to ship me a replacement treadmill free of charge. My replacement treadmill has been working well and I am grateful to have the support I needed from the seller. Great product. I would recommend it.

I'm using this as a treadmill desk, so I've never put the arms up to use for running. I've only had it for a few months. With that in mind:
PROS:
- smooth, quiet
- has a remote, but you can also use the buttons on the handle in case you lose the remote
- relatively small and light, fits under a desk
- can go fast if you want
CONS:
- automatically stops after 100 minutes. This might be fine for you, but it might be annoying if you like to walk for hours
- you can turn off the beeps, but you must do it every time you turn it on (it might be worth opening the machine and breaking/taping over the speaker)
- the remote often presses multiple times -- sometimes when I hit the "power" button, nothing happens because it starts/stops from pressing twice. Or when I press to make it faster, it will go up by 2, etc.
I'm happy with it so far, but will update my review if I have problems. It's good for the price, assuming it lasts.

Just received the treadmill today and it was easy to get it set up and get the belt lubricated. I’ve already purchased another bottle of belt lubricant from Amazon that has a better applicator. Easy to fold handle and roll treadmill place to place. Perfect for my needs of getting indoor walks in during the workday since I work from home.

This little guy is way more sturdy than you might expect. I weigh about 220 and never feel like I’m taxing it too much, even when going at a higher speed. The color is cute and it’s very intuitive to use. Now, if I could only get myself out of bed to use it before work…
