I have no complaint about this heater. It was easy to install and heated properly. We are returning it only because it's not big enough for us. Think it works best with only 2 people needing hot water.

Ok first of all I know it isn't supposed to be rated for a shower, but that's how it's hooked up.. I'm to cheap to buy a full size hot water heater so I thought I would take the risk and try this little guy out.. and you know what.... I works really well... now it's only big enough to take a 10 minute shower at a high temp... but even when the high temp cools down after about ten minutes it can keep up and stays decently hot for as long as you run it... it doesn't even trip the breaker which is usually a problem when running appliances like AC or box heater.. I can say I'm very pleased with this little unit... I've only had it a couple months but so far so good. It allowed me to save up for a full size hot water heater but I'm going to keep using it just to see how far it goes. It's been a life saver up till this point.. easy to hook up, and small enough to tuck anywhere... good stuff. That's all I got for you

Our problem was that we had a very good on demand water heater installed at the other end of the house, so we had to wait a while for hot water to get into the kitchen, or we wash our hands/dishes with cold water. Then I chose to buy this 2.5 gallon water heater because it takes up very small space. This was important because the cabinet under our sink was full of many other stuff, so it wasn't big enough to fit a bigger water heater.
Installation is very simple, and the seller sent all the things needed to install, which is very sweet. I just simply connect the hose to the kitchen to the water heater on the cold water input, then connect the water heater and hot water output to a small metal tool. This widget will flow between the kitchen sink and dishwasher apart, then we can use the hot water at the same time.
The accessories are complete, I did not go to the hardware store to buy any accessories or hire a utility worker to install it successfully.
