Kindle Customer: I bought this pan 2.5 years ago. And I use it 3 plus times a week. It is the best. It is outrageously non-stick. Even now everything and time I cook, NOTHING sticks. It is amazing. Its by far my favorite dish. I 100% would buy again and at double the price. It is that good. If you are hesitating, stop. Add to cart, buy and enjoy!

Taylor Turner: Received this pan yesterday, and put it to work this morning making bacon on my NuWave induction cooker. The primary reason for it's purchase was to have a light-to-medium weight induction compatible chef's pan/skillet for travel.

Although the pan was as others have remarked - it is not perfectly flat - it did the task at hand and made crispy, mostly evenly cooked bacon. The bacon fond did take a bit of effort to remove when washing; other pans in my collection of cookware more easily release the fond, so I'm wondering how long the non-stick surface will remain non-stick.

The doming of the pan bottom isn't a deal breaker for me, since I intend to use the pan for a variety of cooking tasks - one pot suppers, chili, soup, etc. I would have expected better, really, for a $60 price point. That said, I also wanted a chef's pan that could be used in the oven. This fit the bill...induction, oven, and has a lid. The booklet that came with the pan says it is stove-top and oven safe to 480F, and the lid is oven safe to 350F. So, $60 it is, and I will adapt to it's eccentricities as they reveal themselves.

The manufacturer did a nice job of packaging the pan and lid....

Cost Performance Assessor: pros - solid/heavy pan with very good non-stick surface; higher temp rating than most for good frying/browning.
cons - oil flows to sides/edges, so pan is 'humped' a tiny bit; handle is solid but smooth, narrow and rounded, so when you try to tip/pour from pan, it's hard to keep a tight grip using cloth hotpads (it spins in your hand 'back' to flat position). I recommend silicone or other hotpad instead. Lid handle gets VERY hot, so you must use hotpad for that.
Overall, I'm mostly satisfied (don't know about durability yet). It's not completely 'flat' but that doesn't seem to affect cooking or heat distribution, which is even. Handle and lid 'issues' are minor, not deal breakers. this is definitely a step up from Tfal or other basic brands.

╠ ►My Review: Finding a pan that I love has been a struggle. I have been going through them a lot recently. I have found most dishes need depth to them and a large diameter. This is the perfect size for me at 11 x 3 to cook almost all my meals in. I think the best part what I love other than the size is that it cooks evenly and cleans up easily. Most of the food comes out, and can easily clean or not worry about throwing in dishwasher. The steel handle is heavy duty and wont ever come loose. The overall weight is also heavy at 5lbs without anything in it so be aware of who will be using this. I have an electric stove which works really well to get the heat even throughout the pan. This is one pan that I would recommend even for the price for being an off brand that might scare people off if looking for a solid...
