Amazon Customer: Nice lil device and it works
Comes with a cd to install drivers, I don't have CDRom so had to work around it
Once installed was pretty good
Maybe have a link to download drivers online?

Josh: It works well but only if connected directly to its own USB port I have a thunderbolt 4 dock that I plug most most devices into but when the Bluetooth and only this device I have used others disconnects the mouse and it’s unusable until you unplug the usb dongle

SamPelle: Very easy to install and connect with bluetooth devices.

I have plugged this into my work PC computer box in order to use my Mac keyboard and mouse that only connects through bluetooth.

Everything works great!
Note: if you are used to the Mac keyboard, note that if synchronized with a PC, you need to think about the keys. Command doesn’t work .

Andrew K: Truly, this is a good Bluetooth chip. I use it virtually universally, from my Sennheiser Headset all the way to my Xbox and PS4 controller to even my iPhone and airpods. The sound quality of the AirPods is decent, just a bit of static sound In the background. As for the headphones, no static at all which is great. For the controllers, I play on a 27 inch 240 Hz G-Sync monitor with an SLI 1080 Ti (I know, overkill). I notice very little latency even on such good hardware. This chip is really great for whatever you need it for, and this is a must have for people who work at home or even gamers!

Santa EstrellaSanta Estrella: I ordered this product expecting to simply connect some headphones to my computer, what I got instead was a GIGANTIC HEADACHE! Part of my problem was my fault, I accidentally installed the driver on the CD but in trying to uninstall said driver I kept getting the window in the picture I provided. It wants me to locate a file that it didn't install with the CD, I've searched for hours how to get rid of the problem (application called: CSR Harmony Wireless Software Stack) and have made to progress in removing it. No doubt the CD should come with an easy to access uninstall that just removes the thing in its entirety. I've tried using application specialized for removing other applications and going into program and features and still no dice. this has got me very mad and frustrated so to anyone reading this who is thinking or have bought this product already, IF YOU HAVE WINDOWS 8 OR ABOVE DO NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT INSTALL THE DRIVER ON THE CD. DO NOT EVEN TAKE THE CD OUT OF ITS PACKAGING IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME YOU USE THIS PRODUCT and of course if I hadn't installed the driver this review wouldn't exist I'm sure the product works great but this is not okay for one thing to make...

nolimitlb_2000: I recently built my first gaming PC and after assembly, realized that it did not have Bluetooth so I could not use my console controllers or my sound bar with it. Enter this little gem of a solution. The price is great, it gives good full Bluetooth signal and connects fast and easily to all my peripherals and devices. I've had this device for a few months and have had zero performance issues and I love the simple plug n play design. It has a low energy footprint and takes up a USB slot in the back where it is out of sight. Definitely a good purchase and I do not regret it. I hope this review helps you with your purchasing decision!

PC: My Old Laptop had a problem with it Built in sound card, so I opted to buy this USB Bluetooth Dongle.
Much to my Amazement I just plugged it in and 15 seconds later it was installed, no drivers needed for my Windows 7 pro Compaq Laptop. Just remember to Restart your computer after you install the drivers.
I turned on my Bluetooth Speaker and hit the little Bluetooth icon on the bottom right of my screen and beautiful sound fro my laptop. I'm quite Impressed with the sound quality. and now I can also use an external bluetooth mouse .

Update about 4 days later it just wouldn't work anymore . Not sure if my problem or the device. The manufacturer was very responsive to help me fix it but I just returned it.
