R. Proulx: The QGOO Mini Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter was easy to install and easily connected devices. It uses Realtek drivers which were very easy for Windows to update. Overall very satisfied with this adapter.

Reece D: Built my first pc and realized pretty late in the game that I needed a way to use Bluetooth. While the device comes with a mini disc for drivers, you can also just download the drivers off of the website, so that was simple enough. Either way, no problems with it so far!

mayur: Exellent, It works well without any issue.It comes with driver CD but you can also download the drivers from their website. Simply install the drivers in 1 click, insert the adaptor and you are good to go!

Timothy: I expected this to work with Windows 10 out the box... nope.
It came with a little CD, but the only CD drive I had on my modern computer was a slim/slot... it wouldn't work. So I tried copying the CD on an older computer... that didn't work. I barely caught the web address for the drivers on the packaging. This address lead me to a website, which lead me to a Dropbox link. The link was wrong, and I could only look at the contents of the .zip file instead of download... I had to follow the comment clues to see I had to change the zero (0) to a one (1) at the end of the web address to trigger the download. Got it downloaded, installed and everything works as expected. I'd purchase again, but darn, can things be any easier, I was about to return this.

James B.: I have been through about 4 of these type devices before finding this little gem. I love my Trekz Air bone conducting headphones and use them with my phone and MacBook Pro, but my PC did not have Bluetooth built in and I had tried several other adapters that either didn't work or the sound was horrible. So far, the complete opposite with this unit. Small and out of the way, yet the sound quality is even better than I thought it would be. The only "gottcha" is that on Windows 10, you do have to dig out their driver disk to install the correct driver as the MS built in one will cause issues. Definitely not the vendor's fault there, it's an MS thing.

For the price and feature set, I cannot recommend this enough to someone looking to add BT capabilities, at least for audio ;)

Richard: This adapter works great and has a very small form factor. Detects and uses all of my older and newer devices. Note: The Driver is definitely required. I am running the latest version of Windows 10. On first install Windows detected and installed the USB adapter using generic drivers, but the adapter would not see any Bluetooth devices. After installing the drivers on the included CD, it added the Realtek Bluetooth drivers and then worked just fine. Good thing I had another computer with a CD drive, because the manufacture website download was for a Realtek USB Wireless LAN driver. It would be nice if they included the driver on a USB stick and not a CD.

FWDFWD: This does not look new despite what the sticker says, because it looks as if someone tried to pull it open before me. Could have been sent back and repackaged with the same "new" sticker because there's nothing that keeps the product from not being re-snapped into the plastic carton, like tape with a void sign, or anything. Hopefully, it wasn't sent back because the previous person found out it didn't work, or sent back at all. Not even going to bother returning, unless it doesn't work.

UPDATE: The product is intact and it does work fine for wireless devices, but not audio devices since it doesn't support any other codec besides SBC, which causes a lot of audio artifacts, and I have tested it with multiple bluetooth headphones; it is a straightforward Bluetooth 5.0 adapter to allow a connection between the host device and bluetooth capable device, whether you just need bluetooth connection because you don't have a built-in adapter, is broken, or prefer usb, etc. This gets the job done with no fancy features for audio or anything that isn't a game controller/pad, mouse, keyboard, etc. It doesn't get warm, and since it is small, I recommend plugging into a usb hub if...
