Bill Skewes: I was under the impression that mic jack was what allowed the connection. No, it's just a shifty microphone. In order to connect to the plug in you have to put it in pairing mode and the hope it connects to whatever device you're wanting it to connect to. I've gotten it to work one time; now instead of it connecting to my headset, it repeatedly connects to my tv instead. I cannot prevent it from connecting to my tv what so ever and it makes it entirely useless. I'll be holding my headset right next to the plug in, will reset both my headset and the plug in, and it still connects to my tv instead of my headset.

Jason nishikawa: Loved the concept bought 2 so far needing replacing as the mic just stops working after a while…. Plugs in registers and all just picks up no sound unless tapping it then it register the thump thump thump but does not pick up voice once this happens!

Dave: I am using this to connect to thee Candy Crushers
Just pluged the usb dongle. No need to plug that extra jack on my controller. Volume can be controlled with the crusher buttons.
1.Plug the usb dongle and press the button for like 5 seconds it say to press for 2 seconds but that didnt work for me.
2. Bring the headset as close as posible to the usb in paring mode. Make sure you can listen to when it says connected or what ever happens when its paired in your headsett. Like I said I did NOT need to plug that bluetooth rca connector to my remote.
But do whats best for you cause when I pluged it to my remote it would confuse my ps5.
When you wanna use your headset to ur phone. Do Not forget to unplug the usb unit from ur PS5 even if its turned off. It will deny ur connection to ur other bluetooth gadgets. When u want to use ur headset on ur ps5 just plug the usb and it will automatically connect. Hope this helps.

Nick bradshaw: I bought this to replace my headset with air pods. It works great! The Mic isn’t the best if your paddle more than a foot from your face but the Bluetooth is fantastic!
Side note: my TV is too dumb for surround sound and my PlayStation is too stingy. Luckily the surround sound system links up Bluetooth to this device so it solved two problems for me. I love it!
