For what it’s worth : The on/off toggle switch to the nib-pen broke after 5 months, preventing power to reach pen. As soon as I was able to reach Yihua, they provided excellent customer service and sent a replacement immediately. They were great to work with and I would buy from them again, hands down.
It wasn’t immediately clear to me how to reach Yihua, and it took 2 days of frustrating calls with Amazon’s customer service reps to finally determine how. Web-site changes would facilitate contacting sellers.
BTW, the pen handles are bulky, with the end of the tips a long ways from the end of your fingertips, making it difficult to use for fine detailing on wood carvings, making it take a bit longer than it should.

Gypsy KGypsy K: I had to purchase some ball tips because my burner didn’t come with them, but besides my own oversight when ordering, the tool works great. I was able to create the project in the attached photo so it served its purpose.

Susan Gray: I purchased this for a christmas gift and my husband loves it!! However, 6 weeks after using it he had issues with the knib wires melting together within the handle and it no longer worked. I contacted this seller even though my opportunity date for a return/exchange had expired. They immediately addressed my concern and sent out a replacement right away, no questions asked. I would definately purchase from this seller again!!
