Tina: My orthopaedic doctor recommended I’d try this balancing board to help strengthen my balance. You may think this ain’t hard, but I dare you to order one and try. It’s comfortable to stand on it and not hard to stay standing on it. I do my balancing practice while playing video games and I’ve noticed my balance is improving. Highly recommend

Heather French: I can see how you would benefit using this as a PT balance pad. I am using it as a cushion for my standing desk, and it definitely helps. It's large enough that I can stand in different positions. Took a star off because the edges are compressing, but then again I am using it for several hours at a time so I'm not surprised. But definitely worth it!

Ed camp: 66 yo woman - they make me do this at physical therapy - stand heel to toe and stay 30 seconds- rotate which foot is in back- way harder than it sounds - but with a small investment I can practice this at home now- this one is the right size for this exercise others are too small

DharmaDharma: I bought this to use when I do lunges (to reduce knee pain) or planks on my elbows. It’s super soft on the knees and it’s wide enough for both elbows to be on it at once. Nice and squishy. Due to the squishiness I imagine it will tear easily so just be careful about sharp objects or sharp nails.
