ken845: Amazon got it here the next day in a well designed and padded cardboard box. All of the items listed were included. The exterior appearance was that of a quality built product. Removing the old unknown model pump was very difficult however the Yamatic was breeze to install. The one page of instructions (user manual) were easy to follow. I didn’t make any pressure measurements but the spray was powerful. Since pressure washers vibrate during use and the flange bolt washers were simple flat washers, I put a drop of blue Permatex threadlocker on the bolts. I could not find any specification for bolt torque. I highly recommend this unit.
