Timmy O'Toole: Cheap, poor designed pump, the plungers on the pump smash into the check valves.... after replacing the check valves and them being smashed in again before i figured that out. Pump's plunger swash plate is a sealed unit too, so can't repair it... do your self a favor, just spend the $$$ and get a better pressure washer altogether, don't bother replacing the pump for it just to break again.

Brian Tomlinson: When installed on a Craftsman cart, the new pump required spacer washers; readily available at a local hardware store. The 3 original engine bolts holding the Honda motor in place had to be replaced with longer bolts. If you're blessed with 3 hands, you might be able to install the new engine bolts from the top but lining up the engine, bolts, spacer washers, cart deck, and pump proved difficult so I installed the bolts from below and the job was completed in less than 10 minutes. I was lucky and had a spare 3/16" woodruff key in my parts bin: otherwise you'll have to buy one. For some reason, the manufacturer of the pump chose NOT to include one; hence the 4 star rating. The easy start valve makes the gas engine very easy to start: usually on the 1st pull.

Dan Bergeron: C'est pour un 2600 psi et j'ai un 2800 psi. Je n'ai pas trouvé de pompe pour 2800 psi alors j'ai démonté les pièces pour en faire une mais je savais qu'il fallait que je fasse ça en l'achetant. Plus de fuites et ça fonctionne très bien.

MikeMike: I have a Diamond brand 2600 psi washer with the Honda GCV 160. This was a simple straight forward replacement although tricky as the bolts through the pump are also what mount the engine in place. It took a few taps with a rubber mallet to get it onto the shaft with the keyway lined up but the end result was a pressure washer that works as it should again.
