Took a lot longer than I expected. It's holding together for now, but it's way too soon to say that it is going to last.

connie noteboom: Sooo glad this worked and has continued to for couple of months so far...much cheaper than hiring someone to replace...hardest thing was the tub ring spring..not hard to get off but back on took 2 of us. Happy with this product and how quickly we got it...being without a washer is no fun!

Stevie K.: The only dislike is that it took a full week for delivery with no express option. Time to quit Amazon Prime membership? Can not speak for longetivity, but so glad I'm finally able to do my backed up laundry now. If you've had your LG washer for ~10yrs and water don't drain, showing 0E error code, also make funky noises in spin/drain cycle while not being able to discharge tub full of water, you most likely have drain pump issue. I almost splurged $900 on a new washer. So glad I found out this is a common problem for old LG washer.

B Angele: I'm a single mom, and definitely can't afford buying a new washing machine. This water pump saved my life. It was the perfect size, perfect part, and it worked perfectly. Make sure you have a way of knowing the placement of the wires as you're taking the old pump off, because it's impossible to tell once they're no longer on. In other words, label the wires before you disconnect them so you know where they go on the new pump. After several tries, I was finally able to figure out the correct combination, and it worked like a charm! If I would have labeled the wires it would have been an easy half-hour fix. As it was took about an hour of trial and error.
