I bought this to hold my tools at the the side of job site, it doesn t have the magnetic strength at all, it works flat, but then why would I need this I could just lay my tools flat on the ground.Not worth it.

This is a very useful tool when working on things where tools (usually sockets) want to run away. It's pretty close to being a "must-have." My only issue is that it's overpriced for what it is. You should see knockoffs of the knockoffs in a year or so that have the same function at a (much) lower price. But if you're a tool geek (like me), buy one now!
