Jeremy patty: My Favorite knife. I BBQ a lot and this I’m my go to knife for trimming and slicing. Truth be told, there are some cheaper boning knives you can buy if you don’t mind sharping them and replacing them more often. It’s a economical choice my people prefer.
But if you’re looking for something that is high quality... looks nice, feels nice, holds an edge longer and won’t wear down fast when you sharpen it... this is a great buy.
