Cornelia: Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Wetterstation. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war es anfangs, dass sie sich relativ schnell in den Sparmodus verabschiedet und man erneut auf die On-Taste drücken muss, so dass das Display leuchtet.

Stephan D.: Da unsere alte Wetterstation leider kaputt war, brauchten wir eine neue mit kabellosen Außen Messgerät. Die Wetterstation it gut verarbeitet und funktioniert sowohl mit Batterien als auch mit Netzanschluss. Wir haben den Netzanschluss gewählt. Die Anzeigen sind deutlich und gut ablesbar. Auch die Genauigkeit passt sehr gut. Einzig die Helligkeit ist ein kleines Manko - es ist schon teilweise zu hell.

Grandpa from Alberta: I purchased one of these units and did not get around to installing it for a few months. When I did, there was a problem with a section of the screen that did not work. Susan, at customer service, took care of the warranty immediately and within days I had a new unit sitting on my desk. I highly recommend this company and their follow-up service.

Kathleen Kocik: Arrived Friday, husband hooked it up, and today, Sunday, it is working just fine. We bought it to replace one we had had for years. This being a newer one, has more information displayed than our previous one. NIce size and easy to read. Have not had to contact tech support.

Rick S.: this is a great weather station , the screen is bright and easy to read. there is a small quirk when the automatic update is running (WWVB signal to calibrate time and date) the screen will dim out even on ac power for up to 7 minutes while it gets a signal . the tech support help is great to answer questions .

alanpsych: I very rarely write reviews but I am inspired to do so for this product.
Needing to replace my 5 yr old Ambient I did some extensive research and hesitantly chose Newentor because it was a brand I never heard of. The reviews were good but there were alot of complaints about things not working, the atomic clock etc. However the " name brands"...Lacrosse and Accurite had similar complaints. The deciding factor was the reported great customer service of Newentor.
Sooo I have this baby for a week. So far Its beautiful, accurate and the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. Simple basic questions were responded to quickly and personally and not canned response. KUDO'S TO NEWENTOR.
The setup was relatively easy and instruction book is well written. Have patience, the station acts a bit wonky the first few days as it gets synched. The 7 minute hourly blanking out stopped after 2 days. The time zone randomly shifted from Eastern to Pacific one day. The atomic clock works when it feels like Some days yes others no ( maybe rainy weather affects it? ...dunno) but it keeps the time and functions perfectly without it.

Amazon Customer: This weather station has been working very well for us for a few months. It was easy to set up, despite the manual being confusing. I was trying to figure out what the manual said and the device took care of itself and has been working ever since. I've been able to move the outside sensor around the yard with no problems. I also moved it into the refrigerator when our old fridge started to fail. I marked it down on ease of reading because the time and date numbers are smaller than I would like. I suggest the humidity numbers be smaller and the time and date numbers be larger.

JSDAD: Ordered this unit to replace a 35+ year old wired unit from Radio Shack that is extremely accurate, and still works. Older tech, LCD screen is deteriorating, and getting harder to read.

My top priorities needed in a weather station are in the following order:
#1 Must have accurate readings inside and outside of temps and humidity.
#2 Must have accurate barometric reading. Ability to calibrate to your area, as this one does, is huge.
#3 Well laid out screen, bright, easy to read from any angle.

This unit excells. It is perfect. readings are extremely accurate. Readings match my old unit. I've also verified readings with the NOAA's data station from two local airports, less than 15 miles from our rural residence, and is spot on. The forecast feature is mostly accurate. Manual states about a 75% accuracy, and I find that about true. The manual is very well written, and was a snap to set up as well.

Features that are a nice touch, but not needed for my needs. Moon phase, alarm, date, and atomic time, hi and lo's recorded from the past 24 hours.

The reason I say the unit is almost perfect, is the atomic clock self...
