Gabriel Burt: This is more solid than I expected, functions well.
Only complaints are
1) had to hacksaw the wheel axel to fit
2) it collects rain water on the base

We purchased one 10 months ago. A few days ago my son complained that the panel peeled off and he could not play. And I contacted the seller, they sent me a replacement for free.
The new story is, we installed it yesterday. It was about the same amount of time to do it again. iMO, the new one, which is a newer model, is much better than the old one which has been discontinued. The. new one uses screws instead of glue to stick the panel. It had a larger base so it is more stable in case of strong wind. The hood height is now easier adjustable. This new product has just fixed all issues we experienced and now it is excellent.
With the also excellent customer service that is why we give a 5-star. Thank you for reading.

J: Several of the metal clips that hold the net on the rim have broken off at their joints after less than a month of use. Can I receive a replacement rim?

I wasn't sure if my kids were going to like the hoop but they did. We wheel it in the garage every night because I live in an HOA. But the mobility of the hoop is so awesome my 12 yr old even said… “I don't mind moving that around… its easy!” Not the type of stuff he say🙃.
Anyways, I would 100% recommend the hoop. Good quality, durable, easy to set up, and very mobile.
